Accommodation Rates:

We offer both daily or weekly extended stay rates:

*Any extra person rate ( in a 2 bedroom apartment) rate: NZ$30 per night or NZ$65 per week
*Rates will vary for different periods of the year.
*1 week non refundable deposit is required for all our weekly extended stay rates. - credit card confirmation for our daily rates.
*Weekly rates include weekly service & linen change - Daily rates include service & linen change every 3 nights.
*Additional optional weekly / daily charge will apply for car parking / child care. 
*Weekly rate accommodation is subject to departure cleaning charge.
*Special extended stay weekly rates are available on request and subject to advanced reservation and availability.
*All accommodation rates are inclusive of GST
